At Cayman Eyewear, we stand by the quality and craftsmanship of our sunglasses. That’s why we offer a 90-day limited warranty on all our products. This warranty covers any manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the 90-day period from the date of purchase.

What’s Covered:

  • Manufacturing defects in the frame, lenses, and hinges.
  • Delamination or peeling of lens coatings.
  • Defective nose pads or screws.

What’s Not Covered:

  • Damage caused by improper use or care, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.
  • Normal wear and tear, including scratches, fading, or accidental damage.
  • Lost or stolen items.

How to Make a Claim:

You’ll need to provide your order number and a description of the issue, along with any supporting photos. Our team will review your claim and, if approved, arrange for a repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.
